4.3 Refunds

The mmkjl5 welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own separate wagering requirement and conditions
- Once a bonus has been claimed, the player cannot cancel or reverse it
- Each player may only receive each type of bonus once
- If any attempt to fraudulently claim an offer is detected, the bonus may be cancelled
- We may modify or discontinue our bonus program at any time
5.3 VIP and Cashback Program
The mmkjl5 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Progression through the tiers depends on your playing frequency and volume. Cashback rates are up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold, and up to 1.5% for Platinum, paid out weekly. These rates are subject to change at our discretion.
Game Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Results and Fairness
Our game results are generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, making them fair and unpredictable. We have no ability to intervene in or control game results. Once a game round is complete, the result cannot be changed.
